Appointments
To schedule an appointment please contact our office at 513-891-5860. As a courtesy to our patients we confirm all appointments in advance.
Cancellations
If it is necessary for you to change or cancel an appointment, we request 48 hours advance notice. This will allow us time to work in another patient who may be in need of care. There will be a fee for broken appointments or late cancellations.
Payment / Insurance
We always strive to make the most of your Insurance coverage.
Dental Treatments - Dental claims are electronically filed for you. Co-payments are required at the time of service. Other financial arrangements may be setup prior to treatment. We are a provider for Dental Care Plus and Superior Dental Case Plans.
CareCredit® for dental procedures - We offer our patients the CareCredit® card. CareCredit, which is North America's number one patient payment card, works like a normal credit card, but you won't be hit with high interest rates or other penalties. CareCredit allows you to pay lower monthly payments for any health or dental procedures not normally covered by insurance. Your card may also be used for any follow-up appointments.
